Even a desert flower needs water
When my head is deepest in the sand, divine reason protrudes.
I can feel the release coming, it's out of sight but only around
the corner,a sweet dream to recall.
Sweeping by, a spark starts the beginning of a wildfire, likely to
first destroy me and then to light the way.
Evidently sight is not a given it is a choice that will overturn all in its stride.
A heavy price to pay, but the weight of the alternative will truly break your back.
